Best Anime artstyle? OMG GAF SUCKS!!!

It should be clear to everyone by now that nearly every anime series/movie/game/whatever has a distinct artstyle. You could just look at a certain anime character and say what anime it's from, simply by judging from his/her artsyle. The main difference in anime artstyles I've noticed is in the eyes. What IYO is the best anime artstyle?

I think Evangelion has the best style I've seen. The eyes are very simplistic, yet they're so appealing and beautiful to me. It's a very "calm" style I think.

This is about as generic as anime gets. Same stupid fucking hair, same stupid fucking eyes, and same dull as shit background.

Asking what anime has the best style is like asking which oompa loompa is the most attractive... None of them are and they all look alike.

Everything created in the last 10 years looks the same, like crap.  Go back 20 years or more and you'll instead find some true masterpieces such as Hokuto no Ken, Z Gundam, Lupin the Third, I could go on for ever (until I hit the age of digital animation, it makes me sick).
