Its DONE!!!

Well its taken a while but im finaly UNDER 100KG.

Started at 123kg earlier this yr and am finally 99kg with a final goal of 85-90kg.

HOW?

Well i got out from behind a desk, stopped eating takeaway junk for lunch every day and tried to stabalise what times i actually eat. ie not eating lunch at 4pm and then dinner at 10pm etc. Another big help was actaully moving a bit more. Instead of working in IT im now managing a few car detailing stores where i actually do some of the work as well. These 40c days and high humidity strip the weight really fast and im drinking a lot more water instead of coke etc.

Yay me!!

Cool you trimmed the fat.
Now you have to pump/exert extreme force on objects until you get all of that weight back.
And then we can beat up everyone on the streets together, Final Fight style.

Good job. Now, you get at least 10 more people to lose the same weight or more that you did and I'll be impressed.
