There is no chance of improving the quality of the threads, as it appears the admins are involved in the GET stuff. If you care about creating something comparable to 2ch, look elsewhere because it sure as hell isn't going to happen here.

the 4chan crew should just admit defeat and switch over to Kareha. world4ch's board/thread layout and functionality is plain retarded in comparison (lol no e-mail field) and I'm sure they would benefit from the improved codebase.

Why hello, not to be mean or anything, but I advise the first thing you do to become acquainted to the text boards is learn how to spell. Nothing's worse then grammatical and spelling mistakes!
Other than that, you should be OK. Just be prepared to have a lot of people be mean to you.
