I mean, countries fucked by France's "l'Europe, c'est moi" constitution like Spain ended up voting yes (although that's more due to government's manipulation of the election), and France, the guys who actually came up with that piece of crap, end up rejecting it because chirac blows. France rejected the EU constitution, resulting in yet another shuffle of power in their government. You see, if I grok France's election laws properly, whenever someone pulls a bonehead move, power shuffles in a big way. What it really boils down to is France still isn't entirely certain why people aren't using French as the international language of trade anymore, since they ARE the bright, shining center ofthe universe.
