Hey everyone. I need to apologize. I havn't been around much, and havn't seen anyone online in forever. I lost my computer due to some poor choices I've made recently. I don't want to talk about those, and it's only between my parents and me. I wish i could be around more often, but since my move, I have been really lazy, and need to get a job and build up some more responsibilites before I get my computer back. Believe me, I miss it here more than you guys miss me here. I just had to get a shout out and let everyone know I am alive. I backed up a bunch of my work I've done on starcraft, and I might be able to release it soon. It doesn't look like I'm going to be around for another month or more though. When I was gone, I did find my first girlfriend (1 month in California and I have a girlfriend!). My parents and her parents also took her away. I get to see her as "just friends." I lost my car/computer/girl. All for different reasons, but my life really sucks right now... =( I should have my trillian database backed up and will probablly be able to be on my messengers sparsly and randomly on my sisters laptop. Anyways, this is a goodbye to many, and a see you later to a few.
Shouts to The Tempest, Yondernite, and everyone else I've talked to. Staff here runs a damn good site! I can't wait to be back.

A friend had a little too much "fun" with my computer one night, and I got stuck with a bunch of porn on my computer my parents think is mine. Straight up and honestly, it isn't mine.
My girlfriend has had some problems in her past, and with the porn found on my computer, both parents said NO. I can't even sit next to her anymore...

well, don't forget me.  I'll be back asap. and for masm/general assembly/general gamehacking and some help with how starcraft works, send me an e-mail and I'll reply asap, I'm hoping to hit my mail atleast once a week.

Lol, you're talking as if it was a criminal offense to have porn... Do you know how much porn does the average teenager/young guy AND girl have? Napster's true use was pr0n. WinMX and the like are good for pr0n. Universities' Internet access is to grab pr0n. eMule was almost specifically designed to distribute pr0n efficiently. The web itself was made popular for pr0n. Admittedly, people didn't get Internet access 10 years ago just to download RFCs and to connect to the White House. They got it for the porn. Admittedly, no teenager wants internet "to study" or even "to download warez". They want it for porn. I want it for porn. I'm here in world4ch to kill time while I download my daily pr0n. I need to, because I like to jerk off to new stuff. I'm using BitTorrent, a system advertised to "distribute Linux" whose real purpose is, besides anime fansubs, to spread porn fast. Heck, I should call my computer "pr0nputer".

And if parents get you and your girlfriend separated because of pron, I must say it: sorry man, they suck. Don't let them get in the middle of your relationship. You don't become a rapist for having porn. You actually become a better, more original, well versed lover. Same for girls. I lost the count of the CDs full of all sorts of hardcore porn I burnt for this girl. She loves it, and is always thankful for it in bed.


So here's my advice, you're free to not take it (I wouldn't easily trust an intarweb stranger either), but at least do yourself a favor and think over it. Do your parents need to know what do you do with somebody and what kinds of stuff do you have? Are you a worse person if you have porn? Is porn bad at all? Will you hurt your sweetheart because you have porn? Is there something to gain from it? Is there something to lose from it?

ok, i didn't know this thread was so active...wow...anyways....
I'm 18. She's 15. I have the possibility of being kicked out of my house, and I can't afford that at the moment. That's why I won't go at my parents that way. She is ~1 block away, but she has an alarm on her window and light sleepers throughout the house. I would take her out to go see movie's or eat if I had my car which I am about to get back, I found out I can afford insurance on my car! I (and everyone I talk to) think that my parents overreacted, but that's ok, my gf is still able to go over to friends houses and stuff, and I will "have to go to work" so everything will turn out ok after a while. Life sucks, but at least I have time to get on here still!
Oh, my girlfriend is really possesive... I talk to one of her friends yesterday and she got pissed off. You really think she would take it well if she found porn on my computer?
