I had a chat with Thock in #iichan the other day. And basically, we're giving up on IIchan ever coming back. He simply doesn't have enough cash for a $160 USD bill every month for something which gives no return or gratification.

In short, IICHAN is dead. I'm sure 80% of you realized this a month ago.

I have plans to add some 'risque' boards in the future to WAKACHAN so in short... make yourselves at home. WAKACHAN will be the new IICHAN. We're planning on cleaning up the interface some, perhaps even adding a more classy style to Wakaba. But in short, this site can only survive with your help. Right now, money and bandwidth isn't an issue because everyone can hold their own. If we expand, it probably wont get too much more difficult, since people are doing fine with separate bills. So just post - Wakachan is staying for good.

oh, hey, talking of wakachan.
while i like the concept, two things:
1. the pic on the front page is fugly
2. that "we take pride in being insane" line makes me want to slap you

Wakachan has no guro board.

Therefore, Wakachan fails.
