Make first posts non-truncated

At first it would seem reasonable to show the original post as a sort of preview, with a "view full post" link to read further, but in reality people reply only to this truncated preview without viewing the full post. I'd prefer the original post to be seen in full for the start of each thread, even if it takes slightly longer to scroll past.
