Forgotten movie

Hey /tele/ I can't remember much about a movie I watched one time.  It had a guy in a light blue costume walking passing out flyers for I think a computer company on a random stretch of highway. The costume looked kinda like the Cingular guy.   I don't remember much else but if someone could help me figure this out that'd be awesome
