What program do you use to rip & burn DVDs?

Rip- Fraps, Burn- anything BUT Nero though at the moment I'm using CDBurnerXP

usually rip with dvd decrypter, but there is probably a better program out there by now

i usually keep everything on my external so i don't burn anything
