Sadly, people still miss the point to this movie which is infamous for it's poorly choreographed "cripple fight".
Minimize your exposure to commercials and sports that you are not playing. It's bad for your health.

When it comes to working out, the best time to do it is during the muted commercial break. That's 6 minutes of unobstructed personal time. Even if that time isn't used for personal training, face the fact that you've heard that commercial a billion times, there's no reason to hear it again. Your mind will be clearer and you will be less likely to impulse buy. I know muting sounds like common sense but you'd be surprised at how few actually do it. If you have TIVO, that's a whole different class of a tv user that I can't defy.

The point of the movie was that corporations were so fucking greedy and sold out their own kind for profit. That they were practically aliens because money mattered more than man.

What did it have to do with fitness? Being fit is healthy and good, but the movie was about corporations.
