We have american infomercials on cable after midnight on some channels.
Most of our channels have phone in quiz shows late at night tho.

In Germany we get american infomercials with really bad dubbing. However most infomercials were replaced by interactive lottery/quiz shows or astrologic advise.

We get infomercials in UK from sattellite TV. I like the Tony Robbins Get the Edge, I did get it off eMule lol ;)
All I know is when I was in Japan watching TV at like 3 in the morning, they were advertising a best of the 90's CD, just like in the U.S. (Japanese music, though).
It was with this girl, and a dude with a frog hand-puppet.
