nigger in the WaMu commercials?

Who's the nigger in the Washington Mutual commercials?  I've seen his face before.  I swear he was on the Drew Carey show as one of his occasional coworkers, before it jumped the shark.  Maybe not.  I've seen him in many, many movies playing bit roles.

Oh by the way those commercials are racist and ageist.  Notice all the "mean, evil" bankers are old, white men?

you use the word "nigger" to refer to the actor and you're accusing the ads of being racist?
