Fuck, my world is coming to an end. Well, not really but I'm floored that 7th Heaven won't be renewed and this season is the last one.
If you ask me, all of the characters were really growing and getting more interesting. I don't see how they can pack satisfactory endings to things in the rest of this season, like Martin being a new dad, the entire life Lucy and Kevin have in front of them, etc. Maybe they can figure out Simon and Rose's marriage issues (I hope he dumps her, so fucking manipulative)
And anyway, I was still holding out for Matt and Mary to be feature more prominently in the show. They are still on the back burner. They'll probably bring back Mary for the final episode like that will make up for anything.
I guess I'm pissed because even though the show is popular and has a huge viewership, it's a "cost cutting measure" to get rid of it. Fuck that, I'd pay good money to see the series continue. There is TONS of shit on the WB that isn't worth the kind of money put into them, that could be used for supporting much better content.
Anyway, if they do a spinoff I really hope they go on with Lucy and Kevin. Dunno what I'd do without by Beverley Mitchell fix. :(
If they cancel Gilmore Girls too I'll kick every WB exec in the nuts. Twice.
