Agreed. The two movies whose fandom I will never understand are Donnie Darko and Boondock Saints. Nothing special in either case yet they seem to define film for every twenty year old in the US.

Barry Lyndon and all the stuff.
Didn't like Lolita though.

In random order. Most of the movies named here are also great it just depends on the mood you're in. Most of the time I just like watching 'no-brainers' like The Mask, Ace Ventura, Die Hard or a Random Arnold movie.
