i'm creating this thread on a text only browser working through command prompt. i have rid myself of the mouse. lets discuss the benefits of text only computing experiences. 1. it makes you more intimate with your file system.

Whoa, how did you do that? Which browser did you use? Was it LYNX? As for PC intimacy, I disagree. If you are replacing her like a cheap slut because she can't satisfy you as quickly anymore then you clearly never loved that computer in the first place. You are the douche that you hated all along.

I'm still waiting on Windows to make a browser like that but with a suggestion list similar to Google so that I don't have to worry about Win+R , "Note pad" errors. It turns out that "Notepad" is one word when your are loading it by your keyboard. What I mean to say is when Google says "Error, did you mean 'notepad'?". The FBI has the same problem when they search their database for known terrorists who have long confusing names that are easily mis-typed.

Edit is so out-dated. It can't read anything bigger than 300kb! I know that these files used to huge back then but still.

CLI computing is minimal both visually and in terms of processing power.

But using a text browser for general usage is just so hip it hurts.

The only time I use a text browser is if I am on my server IRL and don't want to walk to my daily usage machine to search for something online really quick.

Don't change these.
