So I got an old hp computer from a family member and am tearing it apart. Is there anything I can do with the parts or should I just take the fans, LEDs, etc and toss it?

Also, I have an old 1920s radio that needs 45v DC. Any chance of using the power supply?

That's backwards OP. You take everything EXCEPT the fans, LEDs, etc.

Only things salvageable,
1. Screws and fasets.
2. Wiring harnesses.
3. Fans are definitely good, the individual that posed they aren't is a moron.
4. Led's, if you're really that detail oriented.
5. Hard drive, can easily be converted for USB external.
6. Power supply, convert amprarage/resistance to power, speakers or subs.
7. USB terminals
8. Network terminals
9. Motherboard, use to accommodate that 3d pastel to hang on your wall.
10. Case, get a power drill. cut, mold, drill, and bolt your case to resemble a toolbox. Further Organize all your new components.
