I've been using KDE for 2 years now and I want to try something "new". I used WM's in the past. (Enlightenment, Openbopx, etc.) What's the best WM out there now? Something that has the most features and customization, and a small ram footprint. Thanks!
Xfce is very lightweight for how user friendly and feature rich is is. Personally, I prefer openbox, but if I didn't like spending hours configuring all the shit I like, I'd have gone with xfce

Best WM is Window Maker.

prefer e17 here, works beautiful out of the box, and themeable from the get go.
I always stayed with openbox + various widgets + GTK

I've been using awesomewm for the past few months, and it's pretty cool, but very minimalistic, and doesn't suit everyone. Otherwise I would have to agree with >>2
