Outlet Grounding

String of outlets no longer grounded.

Same circuit.
Cold water & earth ground intact.
No GFI's.
Conduit, no romex.
Breaker box, not fuses.

I need some of your infinite knowledge.

I had a Hotmail account. It's inactive and deleted now. Can't access or make a new one.

I need access to emails that are being sent there now. Is there any way I can recover it? Any support phone numbers?

Has anyone else had this problem?

How do you know it's not grounded? What are you plugging in that needs grounding? Many things don't even need it and have that third prong just for potential safety; not necessarily required.
