I'm sure there must be a way to make all my apps connect through proxy in Win7
Something where I could just put my user/pass and the url:port of the proxy, and then that program "redirect" all the ports.

Ideas?

A VPN is your best bet. Careful with free ones since they may be scanning everything you do.
