deleting photos from a 2nd gen ipod touch

so my little bro got some pictures of mine that he shouldnt have synced into his ipod i deleted the originl photos but now i cant get the photos off his ipod any suggestions?

Just browse the device with explorer instead of faggoty itunes. Also throw out that Apple shit; it's the cancer killing consumer tech
