Solved the problem for now... See if it works for you. I can't guarantee it's gonna keep working forever.
Reddit /is/ useful for things.
Chrome
Download the Chrome beta (this does not work for our normal chrome...):

Download this extension:

After you install it, click the logo, click the Enabled Checkmark, enter a name - X forwarded For into the first box and this IP into the 2nd box. Look at this screenshot:

in the first button, select Add, type in X Forwarded for, in the 2nd box, type the IP in the screenshot.
Change the last 2 digits in the IP field every once in a while to make it look like other IPs.
I can't help for mobile devices or other browsers. This can also help you watch those region locked tv shows but no guarantees.
