So I posted a phone number on CL asking for donation of toys to a school about a month ago. This guys kept calling all day long and pretending to be asian or retarded (I couldn't tell which). Thing is, he called with an unblocked number, and I saved that number for a month:

I would really like to mail a letter to his parents to tell them what type of person they raised.

just google that phone number, should come up with his info if it's not a prepaid phone
