Alternative to Bulk Image Downloader?

Is there please any good alternative to BID? I've been dicking around with DownThemAll and DownloadHelper, but DTA only download the tumbs. And I'm trying to download pics from galleries that use the same engine as jj.am.

Is there any way to remove every trace from the 'puter that the trial version of BID was installed and re-install it?
