overclock C2D

I need some help with my overclock:
CPU and RAM Specs here: paste bin (dot) com /6sv26ZYW and my mobo is a P5KPL/1600 LGA 775
I can only reach 250 FSB and I read that my E4300 with DDR2-667 can reach up to 333 FSB almost without any voltage change. If I put 251+ FSB the PC won't boot and it reset BIOS to default settings.
Currently my CPU, RAM and MOBO have stock voltage. Any thoughts?

if your mobo has any load line calibration or voltage regulator module phase control options, try enabling/upping them

also disable spread spectrum, vdroop, speedstep, etc. if available

also, remember that all processors are different, even if they're the same model, so even if one E4300 can reach a certain clock, there's no guarantee that your one can do the same

there's also something called "electromigration," which basically means that over time a CPU will require more and more voltage to achieve the same clock

Don't change these.
