The Wii emulator, "Dolphin"

I'm interested in knowing if it is possible to use Dolphin without a Wii controller.

Specifically, can you somehow use your mouse as an alternative controller?

Is there a program that emulates a wii controller? Does it utilize the mouse as an input?
