Flash Game Emulation

I'm looking for some help with emulation. I would like to know how to (or if it's possible) to convert Flash Games to .gba files for use in GBA emulators or for use on my R4 unit for DS.

You would never be able to convert a flash game to a .gba file. Unless someone has coded a flash player for a DS flashcart (which has probably not happened), you're out of luck. Even if you could get flash games running, the majority of them would likely be VERY buggy.
