Multiple Disc Install on Linux

Name: Anonymous 2011-03-27 2:05

I'm trying to install a PC game via Wine on Ubuntu 10.10.  Problem is, when I have to insert disc 2 (there are 6), Wine doesn't automatically unmount the previous disc, nor mount the new one.

I've tried entering "wine eject -a" in the Terminal, which should have unmounted the disc, allowing it to mount the new one mid install.  However, it didn't unmount it.  Anyone got any ideas?

mount all disc images to different drives prior to running the install, or does the setup.exe expect to find the disc at D: all the time?

I didn't think to mount the images to different drives prior to install.  That should work, thanks!

Or copy all the discs to a single directory on the hard drive, then install from there. Sometimes works (depends on the game).

Don't change these.
