I've got a large family project coming up... planning on finally converting all those lame vacation and baby VHS tapes to some random hard drive format...

Figured I'd just open Newegg, search for a video converter, and get started. Derp

What hardware should I get to perform the conversion? I have an old ATI Rage 128 Pro PCI card... was thinking there might be something better out now.
