I currently have this computer

with the following additions:
Sapphire ATI 4670
Additional 1GB DDR2 RAM.
750 GB HDD (in addition to the 250gb that came with the tower)
I want to know if I should get a new GPU and PSU or save up and start from scratch. There is a Corsair 700W for $50 on newegg I was thinking about getting. If I do, what is the best money/performance card for my current cpu/mobo.
