Putting Computer to Factory Condition

Hello, I need to return my computer to factory condition.  I am running Windows 7, 32bit.  I have just two questions:

1. Will all files be lost?
2. Will all user accounts be deleted?

Copy all files to another partition or external drive to be safe.
In the ideal worl only system file will be updated/restored but your MS OS is well ....................

you could always reinstall windows with a disk, just make sure you save anything you wanna save to an external storage device. if you don't have a disk, you can always download it online and save it on an external storage device and make a cd from it.
