Here is the dillema. I wanted to install Ubuntu from my flash drive so I used Unetbootin but when I boot from flash drive it skips and I formatted it in NTFS and FAT32 and FAT nothing works what would be the problem

It's supposed to make its own partition and burn the image to it, seems like you've just left it there.

Some USB sticks are rubbish.

That said, make sure you've followed the instructions correctly.
