So, I have the factory installed norton shit, and things are going corrupt, about 15 since startup after checkdisk. norton found bloodhound.exploit.13, which is either a virus or simple corruption. Seeing that I dropped my laptop a month ago, could this be the latter? How could I go about figuring this out?
