replacing X1800 ATI graphics card, just because of the noise. Will buying a cheapo $50 graphics card at fry's still be stronger, and less quieter? Thanks

x1800 is one of the better of the x1000 series of cards. Totally depends on what you get. But dont get a series of ATI below hd x500.
