hey /tech/ how do i proxy?

i've never been taught so i dont know how

~is the firefox proxy good enouph
~should i dl a better proxy add-on for FF
~how do i find a proxy server

etc.

also is Tor for proxys?
i need a guide for this stuff :/

You can google for free proxies, but most of them are crap. If you want a good one, you should pay for it, or build your own server in a remote location.
