is there any better way to crack rar password than the method used in rar password recovery programs ? i've downloaded files from rs using rapidlibrary without checking if it's protected and now i can't find password. it will take days to find password using recovery programs.

RAR uses AES encryption, brute force is about all you can do. Hope it's a short password.
