"Mouse Computer" (Japanese brand)

I'm living in Japan and thinking of replacing this failing old Dell of mine with a new laptop. Saw some fairly inexpensive computers for sale at a store about 30 minutes by bike from where I live. One of them is a Fujitsu brand Biblo laptop... then there's another that is a little more expensive but looks like it might be higher quality by a company called "Mouse Computer".

Anyone know about this brand... good... bad? The processor is a 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo while the other one has an 2GHz Athlon II M300. Memory is almost double on the "Mouse Computer" as well (4GB) and only $100 more than the Fujitsu.
