PC gaming

hi /g/
need help building a gaming PC. I was going to buy this $300 PC off ebay that is complete with a 720p Monitor, but it's an eMachine and it comes with an integrated Graphics Card, so after some research if I upgraded it it would cost around $500 total.

What I'm trying to do is a gaming PC with Windows XP too. my budget is around $500

or are there any websites where I can build my own?
