I need help, my computer (nothing fancy by any means, Intel Celeron something something 160GB i don't know)(Also Windows Vista OS) has been acting fucked up. My screen shows everything upside down, so i literally have to flip the monitor upside down to browse. That wouldn't be that bad if i wasn't for the fact that i can't open ANY Windows Folder (i.e. Documents, My Computer, Recycle Bin), it shuts off windows, giving a black screen, so i have to CTRL+ALT+Delete and start explorer as a new task. In addition, my browsing is crap. i barelly used any of my memory, so i figured its a virus. I then realized that i can't download antivirus software or even go to their websites, it won't load (every other website works). Did i mention that this happens in safe mode (the one with networking) too? I have to do that because if i go w/o safe mode, it either crashes within 5 minutes or plays random audio files.
Flushing/Deleting everything/new computer is out is out of the option, any ideas on what to do? (inb4 new computer, an hero, etc.)

Your computer is fucked up. If you can't even acceess your files whats the point? My suggestions to you,
Restart from a last saved point.
Or just reinstall. GL bro

Reformat.
Reinstall.
Or alternatively, if have a system image, use it.

Try booting with a linux live CD then get into system32 and delete anything that looks suspicious.
Obviously make a backup first in linux.

install linux. you can download all the viruses you want and you won't get infected because linux is impossible to get infected. literally impossible. i actually tried one time and i couldn't, even when i had my friend try all of his scripts. they just bounced off of me like water off a ducks back
