Hey /tech/, I've got a problem.
tl;dr: CoD:MW2 is running like shit but it shouldn't be. I have updating my drivers and reinstalled directX. I have an HD 3650.
I've got an HD 3650 and a Core 2 Quad. I run L4D at 1680 x 1050 on high settings and it looks great. However, when I boot CoD:MW2 it lags to all hell even in the menus. I set the graphics settings ALL the way down and it still chugs. Sometimes less than one frame a second. I've updating my drivers, my CCC, I've reinstalled the game, I've rebooted, I checked my .NET framework. I reinstalled DirectX. I'm out of ideas and this isn't my area of expertise.
My card's core clock is 750mhz, my memory is at 500mhz and my on-board is 256mb DDR2. I'm worried I don't have enough on-board RAM or something. I'm running Vista 32 bit and I know my computer isn't amazing but I am well above the minimum settings and I don't know where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
