Batch Image downloading on other Image Boards

Heyo,

So I'm trying to grab some comics off other image boards, but naturally, they're out of order.  Now, I have DownThemAll, and I was just wondering, the original file name is in there, in the description tag, and the not4chan grab is able to save that.  But can you adjust the renaming mask on DownThemAll in any way to save the image with its original file name?
