Anyone help with Sennheiser RS130?

I plugged the base into the TV through audio and into the electricity, the base appears to be working fine with the lights.
But the headphones do not respond to him. I charged them for like 30 hours now, and it's still red light.
When I turn them on I get no beeps, when I press the tune button nothing happens. I tried using other batteries but it's the same.

Anyone?
