I already posted this in /g/, but I figured why not get the extra attention here?

I was thinking about getting this GTX 285

But then I noticed the clock speeds. I've overclocked my 9800 GT to 750/1552/2170, while the 285 I'm considering is at 675/1548/2376.

The biggest difference looks to be that my 9800 has 1 GB of GDDR3, while the 285 has 2 GB of DDR3, and that the 285 sucks up more power.

Is it worth the upgrade?

yes there is a lot more going on than clock speed in a grxf card that makes the 285 smoke the 9800gt
