Rebuildng my comp..

Evening tech, I've got a comp that's been out of action for a good few years - my mobo exploded and I haven't had the money to replace it.

I've just come into a bit of money, and I've been wanting to spend as little money as possible and re-use as many of my components as possible, so I was after some advice.

I've got two sticks of 1gb pc2700 DDR ram, a P4 3.0ghz, and a 512 old ati card - can't do shader 2.0

Advice? Anything else I should buy instead?
