Upload Failed

I've been trying to post pictures for a while now, and I can't seem to do it.  I've tried several variations of things on earlier threads I found through google, but nothing really seems to be working.  Everytime I try to post, it thinks for about 2 seconds before telling me to fuck off by saying "Error: Upload Failed"

I have the latest version of FF and I've disabled Adblock for 4chan.... I don't know of anything else that might be relevant...
