DHCP Server

My computer appears to have a DHCP server running on it, so the tech guys shut down my network jack and came in to have a look at it.
Except they couldn't do anything but prove that my computer is running a DHCP server, leaving me to figure out how to get rid of it...
Any ideas?

install linux - you'll be able to do shit like >>2 to control what your computer's doing
