Hey /tech/, sorry about asking for something, but /r/ told me I'd have better luck here. I'm looking for a good and free program that can customize XP. Mostly something that can customize the taskbar. I've tried out Rocketdock, Windowblinds, and Samurize, and they all suck. Thanks if you can help.

Try YZ dock. Its a cleaner looking one. (Depending on the icons really)
as for customizing? Just google how to patch uxtheme and get custom themes from Deviant art and customize.org
Samurize and Rainmeter are decent if you use them right.
Try custom folder icons as well

Install Linux with IceWM. It's the same basic DE with a fuckton more customizability.

Don't use an extra program, use the default skinning support, get a hax0red uxtheme.dll and use any windows theme you like.
