webcam wallpaper

hey /tech/

this just came to my mind.. running the 7000 beta by the way, is there a program/way for the desktop wallpaper in windows to show your current webcam input? like dreamscape, except feeding from the webcam..

i think there's a program for the mac that does this called 'looking glass' or something, and there's probably something for linux, but i can't seem to find anything for windows..

ideas?
