Expert Enterprise Programming Language

A new mainstream programming language is being written as we speak. It's CUSTOMLY BUILT for Expert Enterprise Solutions. The parser is HAND OPTIMIZED using in-house EXPERT OPTIMIZATION ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGIES and doesn't use LEX or YACC or other pieces of yore.

What features / syntax would be IMPERATIVE for writing and maintaining EXPERT SOLUTIONS in this language?

    I want to create a new partition, I guess about 10gbs, to install windows 7 on. I go into disk management tools on vista, and right click on my main drive and choose to shrink. It says I only have 2gbs free though. but when I just go to my computer, it says there are 44gbs free. How do I fix this?

if(expr){code}else{code} should be
(expr)?code1:code2 (as in JavaScript)

while(expr==true){code}
should be:
(expr==true){code}

function soemfunc(args){code;return value}
should be
somefunc(args){code;value } //last value specified is returned

I have alot more ideas but this forum is probably isn't the best place to write them down.
