SSH Introduction

Anyone have any good sites that give an overview on how to use SSH (WinXP as client, the SSH server running on W2K3).

Google is failing me, or I'm just retarded and looking for the wrong thing.

Incase you're wondering what it's for I'm trying to bypass a webcontentfilter.
