Laptop for simple usage

My boss has just asked me to order him a laptop for his elderly parents, so they can go on the web and Skype to him (he's in the US, they're in the UK). Needs to have built in wifi and webcam, and be suitable for an old person.

I don't really know what to order - any ideas?? Halp.

you can get one of those 200 US dollar ones (i forget what they are called) at like target. They look like they can fit in your pocket, but they are essentially made for mobility.
